Claims and Warranty Issues

Our product warranty reads as follows:

Product Warranty – Guaranteed for 30 days against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If our product proves defective during normal use, we will replace or repair it (at our discretion; free of charge). Damage due to improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, and negligence are not covered by this warranty. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department and that these returns should be sent to us prepaid.

Zipper pulls and Bungee Cords and tabs are classified as normal wear and tear under the Lifetime Warranty unless defects happen within the first month of use.

Accessories and replacement parts such as zipper pulls, bungee cord tabs, change pads, insulated bottle pockets, and mesh bottle pockets are available for purchase on request.

We stand behind our products and have standard procedures for dealing with manufacturing defects, but we do not issue credit or replacement for products that are returned due to improper care, or when worn out. Credit or replacements under our warranty are given at our discretion. If you need help dealing with a customer, please contact us for support or suggestions. We aim to maintain satisfied customers.
