Accepted Methods of Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

 


Cancellation Policy

Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order.  "Special Orders" can not be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order.  If the order has already shipped, then the customer should refer to the return policy. 


Shipping Time

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time or longer where it is stated.  We make every effort to get you your product as soon as possible, but due to freight companies we are sometimes unable to control shipping time. 

If you would like to SHIP 2nd DAY AIR on Clothing (NOT Christening Gowns), Car Seat Covers, Grocery/High Chair Covers, Blankets(NOT Special Order blankets), Nursing Covers, or Diaper Bags - when you are checking out in the COMMENT Box put "RUSH SHIP" we will charge you $20.00 additional when your item ships.  You will not be charged on this order, we will charge your credit card separately once your item ships.

 


 

Shipping Methods

Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

  $1.00 - $20.99 = $4.95

$21.00 - $50.99 = $5.95
$51.00 - $69.99 = $7.95
$70.00 - $98.99 = $9.95
$99.00 - and UP = FREE
 


 

Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. 

Damage to Round Cribs, Round Bedding, Christening Gowns- Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact the delivering carrier and Little Miss Liberty at (310) 843-0900 within 3-5 days. You will be advised by an LML agent as to subsequent procedures.

 


 

Manufacturers Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, please contact us within 3-5 days, by emailing email our Customer Service department for instructions returns@uniquebabysboutique.com  Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

 


 

Return Merchandise Policy

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. No refunds will be authorized after 30 days of receipt of the product.   All returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material and instructions. We cannot issue a refund if any items do not meet these conditions. We will not accept any returns sent COD. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.  Customers will receive a refund within 30 days once the item has been received.

·        Products that are made to your order (example: Custom or Special Orders) or made to your order with names on them CAN NOT be returned, unless there is a defect with the item, refer to Manufacturers Defect (below). 

·        All “Special Orders” will incur a restocking fee. 

·        All Furniture will incur a restocking fee, the furniture comes directly from the manufacturer and they will only return an item if there is a defect.   Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturer defect (see instructions below)  

·        Other Items may also incur a restocking fee, at the discretion of Unique Baby’s Boutique.

Please give a short explanation of why you need to return the item.  You must email the refund request to support@uniquebabysboutique.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

 

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

 


For the purposes of public health and safety, and in conformance with State laws, items of personal hygiene when sold at retail may not be accepted for return or exchange after having left the premises from where they were sold. No exchanges on any item that has been laundered or dry-cleaned.

 


 

Exchange policy


Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by Customer Service.  We can not accept any exchanges or returns on the following items: "Special Orders", items with names embroidered on them,  bedding or furniture, christening gowns, all sale items, holiday themed items after the holiday, any used, worn or cleaned items, and any cut yardage. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
